Assurance of Delivery – Assurance and specification of requirements, acceptance criteria, assessment of business and technical options, evaluation of software, database design, system testing, model validation, documentation and training - as needed to support the above services. Programme management - setting the structure for successful delivery, with scoping, organisation and control, risk analysis, project structuring, feasibility studies, workshops and reviews. If required, we can plan and co-ordinate the activities of a joint project team to achieve delivery to time and budget.

Technical Assurance/Design Authority – Assuring the right coding, design and testing is in place to maintain, operate and manage solutions.
